Critter has not retruned. I miss him. I still look for him every time I drive through our neighborhood. He used to come running when he heard our cars.
Well, we have not repleced him but we did get a sweet little baby kitty!
Welcome Maddison (Maddie) to my blog. I'm sure you'll be seeing a lot of her.
She is a spoiled little kitty. She has her own room. It is Ethans room that he doesn't use any more. We moved one of his bunk beds into the girls room cause he was too scared by himself and wouldn't sleep throught the night.
So Maddie has a room with lots of little places to explore and hide. She has things to climb on and toys to play with. We tied a string to a table so she has all kinds of fun and as you can see she has a drawer in the bottom of Ethans dresser with a soft, cheniel type blanket to sleep on.
We can tell she feels very safe and secure in her room. She spent most of her first day at our house in her room. She was scared after the hour drive home when I picked her up.
Oh my goodness, the kids love her! She is surpriseingly good with them, too. She was scared the first day but now she follows us around everywhere we go. She always seekes out Daddy or Ethan to sleep in their laps. They play really well together and Callie is usually very gentle. Maddie is all Callie ever talks about any more.
We sure love our little Maddie.
I miss Critter.
Laura, thanks for hanging out today. I enjoyed being with you and your kiddos. Your kitten is cute, your house is beautiful and I can't wait to taste more of your baking!! I agree that the bundt cake looked better the second time with the actual bundt cake pan.

P-recious little kitty. That's when I like them...when they're tiny and fluffy and cute. After that, they're just cats that make me sneeze. :)
